MGSL is excited to announce two new opportunities to play softball this fall! These options are available for players starting in grade 3. Don’t worry - we are working on setting up an opportunity to play for our younger group as well.

There are two different leagues available. Please read the descriptions carefully before registering as there are significant differences. You may register for both if you so choose.

2020 Fall Softball - Metro West League

Millis Girls Softball League is offering a 2020 Fall softball season to players in grades 3-6. Provided we have enough enrollment, Millis will participate in the multi-town recreational softball league run by the Metrowest Girls Softball League (MWGL.)

There are two divisions grouped according to school grades; grades 3/4 (AAA), grades 5/6 (Majors). No tryouts are required for the fall MWGL season.

Teams will play 7 games. Grade 3-4 will play two Wednesday night games and 5 Saturday afternoon games. Grades 5-6 will play two Thursday night games and 5 Sunday afternoon games. Schedule and opponents to be determined once registration is complete.

Registration cost is $85.

*if you are requesting a credit to your account to be applied due to the cancellation of the scrimmage session, please do so prior to registering for this league.

2020 Fall Ball Select - Bellingham League

We are excited to offer an opportunity for girls who wish to play at a higher level of competition. There will be evaluations held prior to placement on this team.

Most of the town teams playing are composed of girls who played club or travel ball all summer and participated in tourney's etc. A solid understanding of the game plus in-game experience and situational awareness is highly valued in this league. Girls who are aged 12 or under as of January 1st, 2020 are welcome to play. Games are played on weekends. There are single elimination playoffs at the end of the season. All games are played in Bellingham (High St fields) or Franklin (Pisani Field). There will be a minimum of one practice per week in-season.

Registration cost is $100, charged after teams are rostered.
